+ 為何要建立 glossary
+ g0v 社群的基礎文化來自開源社群（open source community），從軟體資訊圈開始推動開源、開放的概念和實作方式。其中有些用語有慣用翻譯，glossary 可幫助建立一些相關語彙，包括開放原始碼運動、開放資料、開放政府、開放授權等年會中會提及的主題。

+ *建議原則上採用「開源」，因為在自由開源領域中，Source一詞常常不單指「原始碼 (Source Code)」這個概念，還包含有「所有源頭資訊」的意涵在內，包括原始碼/源碼、編譯腳本、安裝資訊與其他說明資訊等等，所以除非講者的上下文內容很特定地表示出他的Open Source是特別針對「原始碼/源碼 (Source Code)」進行說明，否則建議原則上採用「開源」來中譯"Open Source"比較可以傳達出這個詞背後的意涵。
