+ *g0v 沒有人國際接待交流中心
+ 起源：
+ 因為我有一個澳洲的教授朋友在十一月要到台灣，他對流動式民主很感興趣，想訪問 g0v。我看到 g0v 臉書也有人在詢問是否有人可以接待和跟來自克羅埃西亞的 NGO 社團交流。為了促進國際間各個組織對 g0v 有進一步的認識，產生進一步的交流和分享，所以挖這個坑自己跳。這樣就可以不只幫到自己的澳洲朋友，更可以幫助更多國際間對 g0v 有興趣的人們了。

+ 目標：
+ *促進國際交流。
+ *將英文版資源連結集中，方便檢索。
+ *建立共筆 Q&A，減少重複的問答，但鼓勵每個沒有人根據自己的參與和了解給出各個角度的答案。
+
+ 作法：
+ 直接把這個 hackpad 當作接待交流中心，以共筆的方式，放上英文版的資源和 Q&A，還有國際接待和交流的需求（坑），請大家一起來填坑。
+
